Since Jan’21, we have done 3 studies on ecommerce experience and are in the middle of our 3rd website/app usability test. Over the same time, 9 out of 10 brand managers we have spoken with have said they expect their online sales to double, triple, or quadruple in 2021. As brands across all retail sub-segments continue to invest time, efforts, and money to attract, retain, and grow customers, I thought it would be pertinent to share some common learnings for the benefit of everyone.
These learnings have been derived from responses and reviews of ecommerce websites and apps belonging to fashion, home furnishing, restaurant, consumer electronics, and FMCG by a total of 2,600 consumers.
