A multibillion-dollar global dairy conglomerate with a legacy of over 75 years and production facilities in over 50 countries was ideating about launching a new variant of cheese in Saudi Arabia. They wanted to understand consumer insights about various aspects of the new product and invited Muhimma to conduct Concept Testing.
We configured a cohort of 100 respondents from our community of BusyBees based on the required demographics. The conceptualized visuals of the to-be product were rolled out on Muhimma’s mobile applications and participants were asked questions related to:
- their liking or disliking for the concept
- their likelihood of the purchase of the new variant, and
- their opinion about the packaging
Muhimma was able to provide consumer insights in 7 working days. The client was happy with the quality of Muhimma’s work, which costed them a fraction of time and money as compared to traditional concept testing methods.
